We've used parentheses throughout to indicate explanatory notes. Square brackets are used for continuation in English that is not necessary in Arabic, so I suggest this minor edit to the translation of 100:5, {100:5} Getting thereby in the midst of an assembly (of enemy troops) And I also suggest the following, {100:4} Stirring up thereby [a cloud of] dust, {100:6} Verily, man, to his Lord, is surely ungrateful. {100:7} And verily he, to that, surely is a witness. {100:8} And verily he, in love of plentitude, surely is intense. |
