Sheikh Muhammad Sarwar, "The Holy Quran, Arabic Text and English Translation", The Islamic Seminary, P.O. Box 1115, Elmhurst, NY 11373.

I found this translation particularly enlightened, as brother Sarwar often paid attention to the linguistic meaning of words, as when he translates آية as sign, instead of the common translation: verse.
