Quote:
{25:41} And when they see you, [O Muhammad], they take you not except in ridicule, [saying], "Is this the one whom God has sent as a messenger?
I suggest,
{25:41} And when they saw you [, O Muhammad,] they only take you but in ridicule, [saying], "Is this whom God sent out as a messenger?"Quote:
{25:42} He almost would have misled us from our gods had we not been steadfast in [worship of] them." But they are going to know, when they see the punishment, who is farthest astray in [his] way.
I suggest,
{25:42} "He almost surely would have misled us from our gods had we not been steadfast in [worshiping] them." But they are going to know, when they see the torment, who is more astray in [his] way."Quote:
{25:43} Have you seen the one who takes as his god his own desire? Then would you be responsible for him?

{25:44} Or do you think that most of them hear or reason? They are not except like livestock. Rather, they are [even] more astray in [their] way.
