I suggest,
{32:28} And they say, "When is this opening, if you have been truthful?"

Quote:

{32:29} Say, [O Muhammad], "On the Day of Conquest the belief of those who had disbelieved will not benefit them, nor will they be reprieved."

I suggest,
{32:29} Say, [O Muhammad,] "[On] the day of opening, their faith does not benefit them who have disbelieved, nor will they be reprieved."

Quote:

{32:30} So turn away from them and wait. Indeed, they are waiting.

A slight change,
{32:30} So, turn aside from them and wait. Indeed, they are waiting.
