{84:20} So what is [the matter] with them [that] they do not believe,
{84:21} And when the Quran is recited to them, they do not prostrate [to God]?

{84:22} But those who have disbelieved deny,

I suggest,
{84:22} Rather, those who have disbelieved belie,

{84:23} And God is most knowing of what they keep within themselves.

I suggest,
{84:23} And God is most knowing of what they contain.

{84:24} So give them tidings of a painful punishment,

I suggest,
{84:24} So herald to them the glad tidings of a painful torment!

{84:25} Except for those who believe and do righteous deeds. For them is a reward uninterrupted.

{84:25} Except those who have believed and done the righteous [deeds]. For them is a reward not ending.
